The Company started up at the beginning of the 1950s from the intuition of Aldo Molaro, a carpenter artisan that was able to realize with the wood everything necessary for the
furnishing and the finishes of the house. In that moment he decided to take the big opportunities that the increasing building market was offering, and he started to specialize
his factory in the production of windows and doors. At the end of the Sixties the Company stood out from the local competitors and artisans because of the number of workmen and
the factory organization, that allowed a fast sales development.
The organization became consolidated at the end of the 1980s when his son came aboard and developed the factory up to a modern industrial firm, thanks to
the first automatic manufacturing system, with specific machineries among the most innovative in Italy. The industrial growth proceeded and the equipments grew richer
with a very modern robotized system for the painting of windows and doors, that could give great value to the artisan care of the product with unique finishes.
In the last years there has been the merger with Del Fabbro Company. The artisan factory started in Villa Santina becomes perfectly integrated with Molaro thanks to
its own history, to the characteristics and the personality of his founder Luigi Del Fabbro together with the propulsive boost of his son.
Now the Company, where today Molaro third generation is involved in the managerial structure, has more than 70 workmen divided in three different production plants in
Tarcento, Collalto and Villa Santina for a total of about 15,000 sq.m. of covered surface and has at its customers’ disposal a 1,000 sq.m. showroom close to Udine.
