Wood-aluminum and wood-bronze windows and doors are available in Fir, Mahogany Meranti, Chestnut Sungkay and Oak wood with external clad made in bronzed brass or in aluminum with different finishes as the anodized, the RAL colors and other special finishes as Pulver, metalized and wood grain. All of this is shown on Molaro finishes catalogues. The wood section is in laminated wood both for the sash and the frame. The painting treatment and all the accessories (glasses, hardware, etc.) are exactly the same as the ones used for the wooden windows and doors.
The bronzed brass and the aluminum clad are always welded in the corners to avoid any infiltration or oxidation and to ensure the maximum stability to the frame (only the wood grain aluminum clad is mechanically assembled, so it is not welded in the corners). For this also aesthetically this window is perfect, being that no junctions could be seen on it. The aluminum clad painting is made with powders on the frames already welded in the corners, following the “Qualicoat” processes and regulations.
The assembling of wood and clad is made with turning fasteners: with this system there is no contact between the two materials and this can avoid any problem of expansion and also of condensation, because of the ventilated joint. These windows and doors are warranted for a period of 15 years, with all the tests certificates, CE marking and energy certification.
